
In the strict and well-structured selection process, the assessment method is priviledged for new graduates and involves exercises and simulations aimed at identifying whether the profile of each candidate is in line with Tenova's expectations of potential abilities and attitudes, primarily transparency, quality and results orientation, team-working and cross-cultural awareness. Face to face interviews with our Recruiting specialists and with one or more line Managers are aimed to verify the matching of candidate profiles with the open positions.
