Fluidized Bed: The fluidized bed process generates iron oxide pellets, free of dust and sintered at high reaction temperatures, containing no chlorides; they are easy to store and can be recycled for steel production (e.g. electric arc furnace)
Spray Roaster System: The spray roast process works far below the sintering temperature so that iron oxide will be obtained as a red powder. The powder obtained from spray roasting can be consequently sold to ferrite and pigment industries
Waste Water Treatment: The waste water treatment consist of several processing steps; the choice of method and sequence will depend on the composition of the waste water and required degree of purity, by adjusting it the treated waste water may be recycled for operational use.
